So how to use ACV? Add 1-3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm or cool water before each meal. It’s also great in salad dressings or in tea with a bit of honey. Just make sure to buy unfiltered and organic so all the nutritional value is in tact. My favorite is Bragg’s. Don’t be scared of the hazy looking stuff inside, that’s called the ‘mother’ and is the most nutritious part. Kinda like that Kombucha you’re all addicted to now.
