Here we are – smack in the middle of summer.  It’s a wonderful thing, isn’t it?  The gals at Prescribe Nutrition won’t deny it, we love the sun.  There is something about it shining that makes us all glow a bit more, even if you never leave the house without your most beloved sunscreen and wide brim hat.

Who doesn’t love a little make-up? Especially when it’s made form the good stuff.

What do we think of when we hear summer?  Parties, weddings, beach days, vacations…you know, everything you want to look you’re most amazing at.  So this July we’re talking all things that will get us glowing. Fashion, beauty, products we love, DIY beauty projects (think homemade masks, deodorant  and more), hot summer looks and oh yeah – the foods that will help you looking your best. I devour berries because they’re delicious, but in in the back of my mind it’s also because I know those little suckers are packed with antioxidants which fight aging.

Just like nutrition, beauty, fashion and all things pretty is not a one size fits all.  We can’t wait to dive into a little something for everyone…and boy are we excited for our guest bloggers.
