June is “Juniors” month here at PN. We will be sharing more on this tomorrow, but Sundays in June will be dedicated to some great resources to support our juniors on their journey in health and wellness. First up is SuperKids Nutrition. You will find everything from recipes and printouts to encourage your kiddos to eat their colors to recommended reading for all ages. There is also great support for parents and educators as we navigate how to help our children want to make healthy choices.
