And we also know this: chicken, salmon, scallops, tempeh get a little old after a while, don’t they?  Bake, grill, broil, roast… anything to squeeze out a glimmer of variety of flavor to keep you inspired.

Well, look no further.

1 can full fat coconut milk, shaken
1 bunch fresh cilantro, leaves only
1 bunch fresh basil, leaves only
1 jalapeno, seeded (or leave in if you like extra spicy!)
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon sea salt

Put  coconut milk, cilantro, basil, jalapeno, cumin, coriander and salt  into a blender or food processor and puree.  Place protein and sauce in a glass baking dish. Bake time depends on protein.

Then. Love.
